If you are not satisfied with an item(s) that you have purchased, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the receipt date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping.
We accept returns that meet following conditions:
• Returns must be post marked before the 30th day from the receipt date.
• Any hardware console systems are excluded from this offer.
• Any games must be unopened (plastic wrap and seals, if any, must not be broken).
• All returned product(s) must be in its original and saleable condition, and include any manuals or accessories to ensure full credit.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for safe arrival of your return. We recommend that you use traceable shipping method with full insurance when sending us your return.
Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
Shipping Policy
We ship to all of the US states or territories via the USPS. We charge only the postage fee we are charges with no handling costs. We do not accept International Orders at this time. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If shipment is lost/damaged:
Please contact us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. At this time, please keep all original packaging materials intact which is subject to shipping carrier's inspection. It may take up to 8 business days before the shipment can be deemed damaged by the shipping carrier. Then, we can then send you another shipment or give you full refund for your order.
